Ten years ago we begin the project of the "Hospedaje Cocibolca" which beared many fruits and one of them is the "Hotel Cocibolca". Hotel Cocibolca is a family enterprise forged with the Effort of a From Granadian family and certainly Nicaraguan. Both offer in whole 54 comfortable Rooms, personnel with experience, honest and ready to serve all our visitors with the affection and the warmth that characterizes all the Nicaraguans.


In the year 2004 the owners decided to tackle the construction of a hotel and restaurant, preserving the colonial style and the typical hospitality that characterizes the Nicaraguans, to offer the best service to the thousands of tourists who visit Granada and are captivated by the beauties that this beautiful city offers. The hotel opened its doors to the public at the end of 2006.

ROOMS

The Cocibolca hotel is located very close to the center of Granada, in a spacious building of two floors that has preserved its colonial facade. The rooms are modern and centered around an inner garden that also houses a fountain. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, TV, and private bathroom.

The hotel also has a small swimming pool in the open air, and a conference room with capacity for up to 40 people. Laundry service, transport service, internet, and breakfast are also offered.

Granada is a beautiful colonial city situated on the shores of Lake Nicaragua. Its was founded by Francisco Hernández de Córdoba in 1524. It is considered to be the oldest city on mainland Nicaragua and it is still located where it once was built.

Masaya y considered the cradle of Nicaragua folklore. It is located at 30 Kms.from Managua, on the way to Granada. One of its main attractions is the main entrance, where one can find a statue of the General Augusto Nicolas Sandino Calderon.

Ometepe is a beautiful island located off the coasts of Granada and San Jorge, in the region of San Jorge. There are two important volcanoes on the island, Concepción Volcano and Maderas volcano. It is the largest island in the lake.
