Our luxurious and pleasant bedrooms with fine
wooden finishes and roatan furniture made by
hand and produced by the hotel, which offer

Our Brasserie service is open
Monday-Sunday from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM. In
our menu can be found the most traditional international
dishes as well as many local nicaraguans specialities.
For breakfast, the hotel cafeteria offers a
special menu, including our traditional Nicaraguan
breakfast, which our guests prefer; as well
as many other international breakfast dishes.
Hours: 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Room service is
also available until 10:00 PM.
Our hotel is located in the
historical center, in front of a beautifull
colonial church built during the foundation
of this ancient city. From our balcony we can
appreciate the beauty of the many colonial churches
and one of the largest fresh water lakes of
the world. Our staff will be delighted to serve
you our traditional nicaraguan cocktail (Macuá)
or if you prefer to take diner in our sidewalk
trattoria "Garibaldi" we will be happy
to serve you our traditional and most famous
lake fish (Guapote). A must for any tourist
visiting Granada.
