At VISTAMAR we don’t like to be on the second row, which is why we built 17 bungalows in front of the ocean, which are waiting for you. At VISTAMAR we don’t admit or accept anything less than first quality to serve you.

The beach hotel, VISTAMAR, is located in Pochomil, one of the most exclusive and beautiful beaches of Nicaragua. VISTAMAR is the ideal hiding place for those who enjoy and appreciate the tranquility of paradise that offers our Hotel with the commodities of your own home. We offer individual rooms or two and three rooms bungalows. Each room has its own complete bathroom, ceiling fans, air conditioning, individual beds or matrimonial bed, beach chairs, hamacas of natural thread, complete or partial kitchen and all the necessities to make your stay comfortable.

If you like to tan under the sun, take walks in the sand, jump into the cool waters of the Pacific Ocean, take a dip in one of our three pools and jacuzzi or simply enjoy of a special meal surrounded by water fountains and birds singing in our exotic gardens with more than 4,000 plants, you will surely find in VISTAMAR the hidden paradise you will never want to leave and much less forget.

Hundreds of kilometers of virgin beaches are home to just a few private houses and hotels. During the season, you can amaze yourself looking at the marine turtles come ashore and lay their eggs.

The pure and warm ocean breeze and the hospitality of the Nicaraguan people will touch your heart.

There are 43 rooms, distributed in 17 bungalows of two floors, located at beach front, and a main building. The bungalows consist of two rooms each, with a capacity of 2 to 4 persons each room. The room has:

Air conditioner (A/C)

Ceiling fan

Cable television

Private bathroom

Closet / Telephone / Private terrace with beach chairs and a hamac (only bungalows)

Queen or twin beds

Inn-room safe

We give you the option to rent a kitchen located beside the rooms, if you want to take certain food. There are two types of kitchens; one is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, purified water, utensils and a pantry that connects with the room terrace. The other includes all of the above plus a gas stove.

“Nautilus Restaurant” is in air conditioner and has a capacity for 36 persons with view to the beautiful gardens and pools. It is specially decorated for you, with a great variety of shells which will make you feel at the beach.

Our menu has a variety of options; made to satisfy all kinds of necessities. We even offer for our adventurous clients some original recipes. The restaurant is open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., and during weekends and special holidays until 9:30 p.m. We also offer, during the same schedule, the food service to the tables located in the main terrace and recreational huts surrounding our pool area. Or if you prefer Room Service, you can enjoy a delicious meal during the same schedule in the privacy of your own room or the terrace, with no additional cost.

VISTAMAR not only gives you the perfect atmosphere for relaxation it also gives you the opportunity to enjoy with your family and friends. For this we have prepared a variety of activities and games during the day and the night, which are coordinated by our specially trained personnel. Some of these activities are:

Volleyball and Football game on the coast

Volleyball games in the pool

Folkloric and modern dancing shows

Kareoke

Our entertainment personnel also give the service of babysitting. Your children can be entertained and supervised by our personnel while you are resting in your rooms or enjoying the beach.
