to Cerro Negro
Cerro Negro is a unique volcano
situated outside Managua. The youngest volcano
in Nicaragua, it is a back sandy mountain. We
will climb it all the way to the crater, where
the visitor will enjoy an amazing view of the
surroundings and the inside of the crater, with
its steaming gas fumaroles. After the climb,
we will walk or run down again, it is up to
you. After the adventure, we will head back
to the city of Leon, where, after lunch, we
will discover the amazing ruins of the city
and the old colonial, and neoclassical buildings.
